· Treat Drain Pan with Algae Tablets

· Blowout Drain Lines 

· Blowout Indoor Blower Assembly 

· Oil Indoor Blower Motor Bearings

· Check all Furnace/Air-handler Electrical Components 

· Check Coil Delta Temperature

· Inspect Ducting 

· Change Air Filters-Supplied by Customer

Service for each additional a/c system after the initial $99.00 check out special will be $60.00 (systems must be located at the same residence for discounted price).
